Originally from the northwestern Spanish town of Vigo, Jesus has lived and worked around the globe. After attending 5 years in culinary school in Santiago, Jesus spent some time in the Spanish Navy, serving as a cook during the 1995 Bosnian War. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for travel and food - especially during trips to Greece, Turkey, and Italy. He later went on to work in such exotic locals as the Canary Islands and Mexico, finally ending up here in Hartford, CT, where he was hired as Executive Chef for Morton's The Steakhouse.
